已知 Windows 环境失败（上游预存共 10 项，原版树同环境复现一致）：test_p0_backup 1、test_p0_p4_completion_v89 1、test_release_native_v814 2（`\C:\` 路径）、test_release_v813 1、test_v818_pg_recovery 2、test_v818_sqlite_pg_transfer 3。
