upgrade: adopt V8.31.1 (theme 1.3/1.4 redesigns, editor deep-canvas, guided launch, component library)

Overlay 190 upstream items (V8.22→8.31) preserving trade-pro theme,
registry tests, and design docs. Re-applied full patch set on identical
anchors (discovery/env_for/blocks.css/type-mapping/locale-override/
theme_color/frontend entries/test_theme_pro_v3 mods) plus compose pins.

Verified: theme suites 35/35; dual-baseline full run 415 passed vs
pristine 386+29 ours, FAILED-set diff EMPTY (same 10 Windows env fails).
Live: container 8.31.1-dev.1 healthy, hesupipe 192 entries intact,
trade-pro build 203 pages 0 errors.

+- **汽车主题** `1.4.1`，SiteForge `8.31.1-dev.1`。升级前自动存档汽车 `1.4.0`；固定旧主题的网站不会被升级。
+- 首页、导航、品牌目录、车型列表/详情、新闻和咨询入口采用自托管 SVG 图标集，避免大量同样的箭头。仅分页与方向操作保留箭头。图标配文字，不以图标单独表达含义。
+- 仅 `automotive@1.4.1` 静态输出：原 7 个 CSS 请求合并为 `assets/auto-compiled.css`，原 3 个 JS 请求合并为 `assets/auto-compiled.js`；顺序与旧版保持一致。额外有可浏览器缓存的 `assets/auto-icons.svg`。
+- 首页车型大图设置高优先级并异步解码；车型详情主图不再错误地懒加载；卡片和画廊缩略图保留按需加载。
+- 无外部 SVG 字体/CDN 引用；主题关键内容结构、路由与移动端抽屉和底部 Tabs 保留。
