fix: 修复系统通知卡片 Markdown 渲染问题

问题： - buildSystemCard 使用 plain_text 格式 - 内容中包含 Markdown 语法 **加粗** 无法渲染 - 显示为 **申请人**：陈兰而不是加粗的申请人修复： - 将 text.tag 从 plain_text 改为 lark_md - 现在可以正确渲染 Markdown 格式相关文件： - backend/app/service/FeishuNotificationService.php Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
