问题：
- buildSystemCard 使用 plain_text 格式
- 内容中包含 Markdown 语法 **加粗** 无法渲染
- 显示为 **申请人**：陈兰 而不是 加粗的申请人

修复：
- 将 text.tag 从 plain_text 改为 lark_md
- 现在可以正确渲染 Markdown 格式
