root 029a3820bb fix: 修正 nginx trailing slash 导致路由代理失败的问题

- location 使用 /login/qrcode (不带尾部斜杠)
- proxy_pass 使用 http://127.0.0.1:8787 (不带路径)
- 这样可以完整传递 URI 到后端
