浅念 a57ed57616 fix: whatsapp businessFriendList needs page+departmentId+type ...

Live validation: businessFriendList uses 'page' (not pageNum) and REQUIRES
departmentId (root) + type or returns empty. Same class of bug as wxUser/list.
